Dear CJI friends and supporters,
I am writing to let you know that after 23 years as Executive Director at Canadian Jesuits International (CJI), I have informed the CJI Board and staff that I will be stepping down from my position at the end of 2026.
The CJI Board and the Province of the Jesuits of Canada have begun the process of searching for my successor and have appointed a search committee to lead the recruitment process. You will find the job posting and the job description in this link.
I encourage you to pass them on to anyone who may be interested in this exciting, enriching, fulfilling role. It offers the opportunity to live a life of purpose, to make a difference, to work with an amazing team, and connect with people in Canada and around the world who are deeply committed to working for justice and peace and who inspire me every day.
Over the next few months, we will have the opportunity to talk, meet, reflect, to be grateful and dream together. I will stay until the end of the year, and you will hear from me again, but for now, please help us find the best candidate who can lead CJI to the next stage.
