Monthly pre-authorized donations

Monthly giving is a cost-effective way to support CJI and our partners; it reduces processing time and postage costs and enables us to plan ahead.

As a monthly donor, you authorize CJI to receive a monthly gift from your chequing account or your credit card. It's easy to get started. All you have to do is decide how much you would like to give each month and complete the attached form below. You can change the amount, pause or stop your monthly gift at any time by contacting CJI.  A consolidated tax receipt will be mailed to you in February of each year covering the contributions made to CJI during the previous year.

To make monthly pre-authorized donations to CJI:

1) Call us at 416-465-1824 or 1-800-448-2148 (Toll Free, Canada and USA);

2) Print out and fill in this Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) Agreement Form and, together with a void cheque, mail to:
