Jenny Cafiso and Fr Klaus Väthröder, SJ

Jenny Cafiso, Executive Director of Canadian Jesuits International (CJI) has been elected coordinator of the Xavier Network, the Jesuit network of mission and international development office. Jenny will continue to lead CJI even as she assumes this new role.
Jenny succeeded Fr Klaus Väthröder, SJ, former director of Jesuitenmission Germany, who ended his tenure at the meeting of the network’s directors last week in Zurich.
The Xavier Network includes 14 members, which consists of mission offices and NGOs of various Jesuit Provinces across Europe, North America, and Australia.
Members carry out development and aid projects in close cooperation with local partners in 87 countries.
